今年過年不想再大魚大肉?以下10個小撇步讓你過年減輕負擔!

 

1.改用小盤子裝食物

左右兩盤的食物份量是一樣的

But the portion looks much bigger on the smaller plate
但是小的那一盤看起來卻比較多

So replace large plates with smaller ones and you’ll end up eating less

所以用小盤子裝感覺上吃很多就會少吃一點

 

 

2.不要用慣用手吃東西

Don’t reach for snacks using your dominant hand

不要用慣用手拿點心來吃

Instead, use your non-dominant hand and you’ll end up eating about 20% less

相反地,用不是慣用的那手來拿就會少吃20%的東西

 

 

3.用高腳杯來喝東西

矮胖的杯子看起來和瘦高的杯子裝一樣多

But that’s an illusion. Actually, they hold far more

To cut down on drinking, use a tall thin glass

When he placed a mirror behind the food, they became more self-conscious and ate more healthily

在食物後面放置一面鏡子,拿的人會下意識選擇健康的那一盤

So try placing a mirror in your kitchen or on the refrigerator

所以試著在廚房或冰箱門上擺一面鏡子看看

 

 

5.餓了就嚼口香糖吧

You consume fewer calories each day if you chew gum when you feel hungry

餓的時候嚼口香糖每天就會少攝取一些卡路里

And go for fruit flavored gum because mint flavor makes some healthy food taste strange

記得要選水果口味的,不然選薄荷的會讓有些健康食物吃起來怪怪的

 

 

6.吃慢一點

吃越快就吃越多

To eat less, just slow down or perhaps put your fork or spoon down between each bites

想要少吃一點就放慢速度或者每吃一口就把叉子或湯匙放下來

研究顯示當人們使用紅色盤子時會吃比較少

Perhaps because red is associated with stop

也許紅色讓人想到「停止」

Either way when you have the choice go for red plates and bowls

8.用餐時關掉電視

You eat more when you watch television and so simply turning off your TV at meal times means you consume up to 50% less

邊吃東西邊看電視會吃比較多,所以用餐時關掉電視就能避免50%的食物吃進肚子裡

 

 

9.把垃圾食物拍下來

把所有你在吃的垃圾食物全拍下來

Will help you cut down on unhealthy eating by around a third

這樣一來會讓你少吃1/3的垃圾食物

 

 

10.吃的東西不要太多種類

To eat less, serve the same amount of food, but cut down on the variety
