1.當別人撞到你時，你不需要道歉。

2.不要說「對不起，我是一個麻煩」，你不是一個麻煩。你是一個有自己想法和感受，而且值得被他人尊重的人。

3.當你不想和一個男生出去時，不需要找理由拒絕。只要簡單的回他：「不，謝謝。」因為你沒有欠任何人一個解釋。

4.在別人面前吃東西時，你不用想太多。如果很餓，就吃吧！吃你想吃的任何食物。如果你想吃披薩，就點披薩！不要因為有其他人在，而改點一份沙拉。

5.你不需要為了取悅別人一直留長髮。

6.如果你不想要，你可以不要穿洋裝。

7.你不要因為沒有朋友而足不出戶。你可以獨自外出，為自己創造屬於你個人的經歷。

8.不要壓抑自己的淚水。哭泣代表著你有情緒需要釋放——這不是脆弱，而是人的本性。

9.不要因為別人叫你笑你就迎合他。

10.不要害怕因為自己出了笑話而大笑。

11.不要為了禮貌什麼事都說「好」。你可以說「不」，因為這是你的人生。

12.不要把自己的想法藏起來。大聲勇敢說出自己的想法，你的聲音應該被聽見。
